0 R I G I N A L 6/30/97 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13121 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR PURCHASE AND <br /> INSTALLATION OF TELEPHONE INSTRUMENTS; <br /> AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF PURCHASE DOCUMENTS <br /> THEREFOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 2.65 of the Redwood City Code, the City <br />Clerk caused public notice inviting bids to be published for the purchase and <br />installation of equipment to improve and enhance the telephone system of the <br />City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to said publication, three (3) bids were received; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, GTE Customer Networks, Inc. of Pleasanton, California, is <br />the lowest responsible bidder, and it is the intention and desire of this Council to <br /> <br />award said bid to GTE Customer Networks, Inc. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1.
