That Attachment H, comprised of Text and Exhibit Revisions to the Downtown <br />Precise Plan, incorporated herein by this reference and available at the Office <br />of the City Clerk, are accepted as part of the introduction to this ordinance. <br />Attachment H consists of proposed text and exhibit revisions from the <br />Planning Commission and/or City staff that have been organized into a table <br />with accompanying charts, maps, and drawings. Attachment H was <br />presented to and considered by the City Council at their meeting on March <br />12, 2007 as an attachment to the agenda report for City Council Agenda Item <br />7A. Attachment H begins on page 151 of Agenda Item 7A through page 158. <br />Attachment H also includes several pages of charts, tables and drawings that <br />are not numbered like the other agenda item 7 A pages. These non- <br />numbered agenda pages include: <br />1. Page 24, Book II: Development Regulations, Redwood City Downtown <br />Precise Plan which adds a new box: 2.2.7 Relation to Historic Resources <br />to the "2.1.3 How To Use The Development Regulations" flowchart. <br />2. Page 32, Book II: Development Regulations, Redwood City Downtown <br />Precise Plan which contains 2.2.3 Height Zones Map and related text for <br />Section 2.2.3. <br />3. Page 33, Book II: Development Regulations, Redwood City Downtown <br />Precise Plan which contains 2.2.3 Height Regulations Chart and the <br />related Map Legend. <br />4. That the Downtown Precise Plan Use Zone Map 2.2.1 be amended to require <br />that Main Street ground floor properties be retail only, and that staff monitor <br />and update the City Council on the effect of this regulation. <br />C. That the proposed administrative process, set forth in Section 2.1.3 of the <br />Downtown Precise Plan, include the following additional processes: <br />1. Send public notices of upcoming "Plan Compliance Determinations" to <br />property owners and tenants within 300 feet of a project site; and <br />2. Post a public notice on the actual site of the project. <br /> <br />Section 4.
