APPENDIX "D" <br /> <br />County shall be reimbursed by City according to the following schedule: <br /> <br /> 1. Sixty and 00/100 Dollars ($60.00) per hour for acquisition, appraisal, contract <br /> administration and miscellaneous services provided by Real Property Agent II <br /> level staff. <br /> <br /> 2. Sixty-nine and 00/100 Dollars ($69.00) per hour for acquisition, appraisal, <br /> contract administration and miscellaneous services provided by Real Property <br /> Agent III level staff. <br /> <br /> 3. Eighty-two and 00/100 Dollars ($82.00) per hour for miscellaneous acquisition, <br /> appraisal, appraisal review, contract administration and miscellaneous services <br /> provided by Real Property Services Manager. <br /> <br /> 4. Upon prior written approval by City any overtime incurred by County staff under <br /> this agreement will be billed to City and City shall be responsible for reimbursing <br /> County at the rate of time and one-half. <br /> <br /> NOTE: ABOVE RATES MAY INCREASE 10/01 OR UPON ADDITION <br /> STAFF <br /> <br />Said hourly rates are effective through September 30, 2001, and are subject to adjustment upon <br />any change in staffing, adoption of the County's annual budget or salary increases set forth in <br />approved labor contracts. County shall notify City in writing of the change in the hourly rates <br />and City shall pay those rates. <br /> <br />In no event shall the above amounts total more than Forty Thousand Dollars ($40,000). <br /> <br /> Appendix "D" <br /> <br /> <br />
