APPENDIX "A" <br /> <br /> SCOPE OF RIGHT-OF-WAY ACQUISITION SERVICES <br /> <br />The services to be provided to acquire fee title to a portion of the four (4) parcels listed below, on <br />behalf of the City of Redwood City for the widening of Woodside Road (State Route 84), include <br />the following: <br /> <br />Parcel List <br /> <br /> APN Owner Rights Required <br /> <br /> 054-012-100 Lamorinda De/,elopment, et al Fee Title (Part-take) <br /> 054-012-120 Longs Drug Stores Inc. Fee Title (Part-take) <br /> 054-062-120; 130 Woodside Technology Ctr. Fee Title (Part-take) <br /> <br />Appraisal <br /> <br />Prepare (or contract for the preparation of) and review appraisal(s) for confoi~nance to the <br />attached Appendix B -'Caltrans Appraisal Report Format and Guide for Prenegotiation <br />Appraisals (Local Agency)'. <br /> <br />Provide recommendation to City for acceptance of appraisal(s). <br /> <br />Acquisition <br /> <br />Prepare acquisition documents prior to negotiations in confom,ance with applicable State and <br />Federal regulations. <br /> <br />Conduct negotiations to acquire parcels required for the project (or contract with independent <br />acquisition agent to conduct negotiations). <br /> <br />If applicable, arrange for escrow accounts and close of escrow for all parcels. <br /> <br />General <br /> <br />Consultation with CalTrans, City and City's consultants as applicable and on an as needed basis. <br /> <br />Miscellaneous <br /> <br />Review and comment on miscellaneous property info such as environmental, title, etc. <br /> <br />Prepare and/or review Right of Way Certification, if applicable. <br /> <br /> 1 of 1 Appendix "A" <br /> <br /> <br />
