DES:dj? 96/10/97 (069/42) <br /> 06/18/97R <br /> <br />Improvements", as well as the City's specifications entitled <br />"Engineering Standards - City of Redwood City", adopted December <br /> <br /> 16, 1991, which plans and specifications are on file in the <br />office of the City Engineer are hereby approved and adopted as <br />the plans and specifications according to which the <br />above-mentioned improvements shall be constructed. <br /> <br /> 3. That certain proposed Agreement between the City of <br />Redwood City and Owner, entitled "Agreement for Improvement of <br />Gossamer Cove", (form dated 06/10/97), a copy of which Agreement <br />is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy <br />reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is <br />hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby <br />authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, <br />respectively, said Agreement for and on behalf of the City of <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br /> 4. All offers of dedication of easements shown upon the <br />herein described map are hereby accepted. <br /> <br /> <br />
