I wanted to put to rest <br />your concerns regarding the "Blanket Additional Insured" and "primary insurance". I <br />attach a copy of the CG D2 46 08 OS General Liability endorsement for your <br />convenience. <br />The "Blanket Additional Insured" endorsement automatically includes an Additional <br />Insured vt~here a "written contract" requires Additional Insured status. Please refer to the <br />section with the "A" in the left column marked on the attached endorsement. All <br />parties/entities named in the contract would be included as Additional Insured per the <br />language of the attached endorsement. <br />Also, the same endorsement provides "primary insurance" if it is required by the written <br />contract. Please refer to item "B" in the right hand column of the attached endorsement. <br />I hope this letter addresses your concerns.
