<br />CGM:dJ~-c 12/3/82 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9275 <br /> <br />DEe 6 1982 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF EASEMENT AGREEMENT BETV1EEN THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY AND SOUTHERN PACIFIC TRANSPORTATION COMPM~Y <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this City, in connection with the modification <br /> <br />of the traffic signal system at Whipple Avenue and Arguello <br /> <br />Street, desires to extend a steel conduit beneath the railroad <br /> <br />tracks of the Southern Pacific Transportation Company in the <br /> <br />vicinity of EI Camino Real and Whipple Avenue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Southern Pacific Transportation Company is <br /> <br />willing to grant permission for such extension and an easement <br /> <br />agreement has been presented to this Council for its approval <br /> <br />to that effect; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain easement agreement by and between the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City and Southern Pacific Transportation Company <br /> <br />(form dated 11/1/82) a copy of which is attached hereto and <br /> <br />incorporated herein by reference herein, is hereby approved, <br /> <br />and the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute said easement <br /> <br />agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />9275 <br />
