If you wish to speak to items on the Consent Calendar, <br />please complete a speaker's card and give it to the Council/Agency Assistant. <br />MOTION: waive reading of the Consent Calendar except the ordinances by title, adopt <br />the resolutions and the ordinances, and approve other items. <br />7.1 Section -Motions - <br />A. Transfer the Metropolitan Transportation Commission Housing Improvement <br />Program (MTC/HIP) Grant of $387,900 from the Post Office Paseo Project <br />(#803-71243) to a new capital project: "EI Camino Real Grand Boulevard <br />Improvement Project" (#803-72013). <br />2.
