Recommendation: Direct staff to incorporate the Housing and Human Concerns Committee's recommendations for HSFA for FY 07-08 into the FY 07-08 budget to be presented for review by Council in June. HSFA recommendations are being presented this evening as a part of the overall Annual Action Plan for the City's use of HUD funds. The Council will take no action at this time. 9.
