In particular,the pEan calls for adjustments to be made in order to pnevent paricing fram being <br /> underutilized or overacro�nrded.Surveys and adjustments are to be made by staff at least once and not <br /> more than four times per year. <br /> The new system has been in effer,t for two months and we now have a good amaunt of data.We have <br /> been analyzing this data to try to cfeterrnine what our actual pattems of activity are and whether we can <br /> use our first acljusbnent to scale the hours of enforcement back without causing parlcing jams. <br /> Same of the key observatians are: <br /> • Broadway is tuming over better than before,but is still nearly full at peak bmes.The 75�rate is <br /> pretty dase to the mark—fln some blocks it appears to be a litde low.On side streets north of <br /> 8roadway the 50¢may be on tt�e high side,but the data isn't yet conGusive. <br /> �Page 1 <br />
