With California's increasing population, coupled with law enforcement <br /> shortages, communities will like{y face an increase in crime, leaving law enforcement unable to <br /> adequately respond. <br /> The League of Cafifornia Cities supports any measure which seeks to rectify a shortage of peace <br /> officers in Cafifornia.
