Yamamoto, City Attorney <br /> SUBJECT: Closed Session — Personnel jGov't. Code §54957] <br /> Performance evaluation, City Manager <br /> A closed session will be held on May 7, 2007 for the purpose of considering the above- <br /> described matter. (Gov't. Code §54957.1] <br /> Any action taken by the City Council to appoint, employ, dismiss, accept the resignation of, <br /> change the compensation of or otherwise affect the employment status of a public employee <br /> shall be disclosed immediately following this closed session; provided, however, that the <br /> dismissal or nonrenewal of an employment contract shall be deferred until the first public <br /> meeting following the exhaustion of administrative remedies, if any. �Gov't.
