The whole number of votes cast in said City at said special <br /> <br />municipal election was 17,898. <br /> <br />3. At said election the ballot measure submitted to the <br /> <br />electors of the City of Redwood City, and the number of votes for and <br /> <br />against said measure (including absentee votes) was as follows: <br /> <br />MEASURE "0" <br /> <br />TOTAL VOTE "YES" <br /> <br />TOTAL VOTE "NO" <br /> <br />Measure 0: Shall Resolution <br />No. 9131 of the Council of <br />Redwood City amending the <br />Redwood City General Plan <br />pertaining to the South Shores <br />Area be disapproved? <br /> <br />8,969 <br /> <br />8,929 <br /> <br />4. The number of votes cast in each precinct, and the number of <br /> <br />absentee votes for the aforesaid Measure is listed in "Exhibit A," <br /> <br />hereof, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. <br /> <br />5.
