by Consultant shall not exceed Two Hundred Twenty-Six Thousand One Hundred Sixteen and No/100 Dollars ($226,116.00). 2. City will pay Consultant for all work associated with those services described in Exhibit "A", on a time and materials basis, but not-to-exceed $226,116.00. Consultant will provide City, on a monthly basis, copies of invoices sufficiently detailed to include hours performed, hourly rates, and related activities and costs for approval by City. 3. 30, 2006. Consultant will complete all work described in Exhibit "A" by September 4. All other provisions of the Original Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, which are not in conflict with the provisions of this Amendment No.2 will remain unchanged and in full force and effect. In case of conflict in the terms of the Original Agreement and this Amendment No.2, the provisions of this Amendment No.2 shall control. 5. All requisite insurance policies to be maintained by the Consultant pursuant to the Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, will include coverage for this Amendment. As a condition of the terms of this Consent Agreement, TY-UN International/CCS shall provide the City with a revised Certificate of Insurance, as well as all policy endorsements to indicate that TY-UN International/CCS has purchased, and is maintaining, all of the required insurance policies and has provided the required endorsements which were included in the terms and conditions of the Original Agreement. 6.
