<br />CGM:djg-c 11/10/82 <br /> <br />AGREEMENT FOR THE FURNISHING OF <br />UNIFORM RENTAL AND LAUNDRY SERVICE <br /> <br />THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a municipal corporation of the <br /> <br />State of California, hereinafter referred to as "City," and <br /> <br />RED STAR INDUSTRIAL SERVICE, Hayward, California, hereinafter <br /> <br />referred to as "Contractor," for the consideration hereinafter <br /> <br />stated, hereby agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. Contractor shall perform everything required to be <br /> <br />performed in accordance with the bid documents entitled "City of <br /> <br />Redwood City - Uniform Rental and Laundry Service" and in <br /> <br />accordance with Contractor's proposal of September 28, 1982, which <br /> <br />specifications and proposal are incorporated herein and made a <br /> <br />part of this agreement as if fully set forth herein. <br /> <br />2.
