That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement with the City of San Carlos to <br />Provide for Administration of Planning, Zoning, and Building Regulations, <br />Emergency Services and Other Municipal Services Related to the Circle Star <br />Center Property," by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal <br />corporation of the State of California, and the City of San Carlos, a municipal <br />corporation of the State of California, for the performance of the above- <br />mentioned administrative services as they pertain to the Project, a copy of which <br />agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is <br />hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved and the City <br />Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute and to <br />attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the City of <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br /> Reso-217 2 <br /> G :~shared~'edwood~co uncil <br /> FXS:rg <br /> 06/04/97 <br /> <br /> <br />
