That, before the release of said final map by <br />City for recordation, the owners or subdividers <br />shall furnish to the City and 'file with the <br />City Clerk a good and sufficient security in <br />a form to be approved by the City Attorney, <br />securing the faithful performance by said owners <br />or subdividers of all work and the construction <br />of all improvements designated or mentioned in <br />said agreement, and within the time therein <br />specified, the amount of said security to be <br />Seventy-nine Thousand and No/I00 Dollars <br />($79,000.00) and also a good and sufficient <br />security in a form to be approved by the City <br />Attorney securing the payment by said owners or <br />subdividers of all bills for labor and materials <br />incurred in the construction of any and all <br />said improvement, and the doing of all other <br />work therein agreed to be done by the said <br />owners or subdividers, the amount of said Seventy- <br />nine Thousand and No/I00 Dollars ($79,000.00). <br /> <br />3. That, before the release of said final map by <br />City for recordation, the owners or subdividers <br />shall furnish to the City and file with the <br />City Clerk certificates or policies of public <br />liability and property damage insurance as <br />required by the abovementioned agreement <br />entitled "Agreement for Parcel Map No. 81-9 <br />Subdivision," on file in the office of the <br />City Clerk. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: <br /> <br />That those certain plans entitled "Improvement Plan - <br /> <br />Hillcrest Way and Sunset Way," and those certain specifications <br /> <br />entitled "Standard Specifications - City of Redwood City - <br /> <br />~ <br />, <br />
