<br />reverts shall erect fences at both street entrances, and remove <br />the concrete walkway in the front yard set back on Farm Hill <br />Boulevard and Country Club Drive, and shall install a gate for <br />access to the City's retained easement for maintenance purposes; <br />(c) The adjacent owners to whom the abandoned property <br />reverts shall landscape the front yard area between the erected <br />fence and the sidewalk, to replace the existing concrete. <br />2. The public service easement vacated is described on <br />the plat attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, <br />entitled "Abandonment of Walkway - Country Club Drive to Farm Hill <br />Boulevard," marked Exhibit "A," and is more particularly described <br />as set forth on Exhibit "B," attached hereto and incorporated herein <br />by reference. <br /> <br /> <br />3. The property to be abandoned shall revert to the adjacent <br /> <br /> <br />property owners in the following manner: <br /> <br />(a) One-half, or 5-foot width of the walkway adjacent to <br /> <br />their property, would revert to Mr. and Mrs. Nordness of 3747 <br /> <br />Country Club Drive and Mr. and Mrs. Jackson of 3743 Country Club <br /> <br /> <br />Drive. <br /> <br /> <br />(b) The entire walkway adjacent to his property would <br /> <br />revert to Mr. Don Kleiner of 3742 Farm Hill Boulevard. <br /> <br /> <br />(c) No part of the walkway would revert to Mr. Listor or <br /> <br />Mr. Lloyd, owners of 3746 Farm Hill Boulevard, as this property <br /> <br /> <br />was not in the original subdivision and their property was not <br /> <br />involved in the creation of the walkway. <br /> <br /> <br />4.
