<br />(c) The City Manager shall recelve a monthly <br /> <br /> <br />salary range of $5,196.55. <br /> <br />Monthly salary rates for Council appointees shall <br /> <br /> <br />be established and may be adjusted within the foregoing <br /> <br /> <br />designated salary ranges by motion of the City Council <br /> <br /> <br />duly made and carried." <br /> <br />2.
