<br />r.GM:djg-c 9/15/82 <br /> <br />City of Redwood City and Dorsa Paving, Inc. for the performance <br />of said work in accordance with the abovementioned bid proposal, <br />a copy of which agreement is presently on file in the office of <br />the City Clerk to which reference is hereby made for full <br />particulars concerning the terms and conditions thereof. <br />4. Any informality in the aforementioned bid of the <br />aforementioned Dorsa Paving, Inc. is hereby waived. <br />5.
