<br />CGM:mf 9/10/82 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />SEP 13 1982 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N o. 922 1 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING IMPROVEMENT <br />AGREEMENT WITH PRICE COMPANY PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT <br />IN THE VICINITY OF HELLER STREET AND WILLOW STREET <br />IN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Price Company desires to develop a certain tract <br /> <br />of land in the vicinity of Heller Street, Willow Street and <br /> <br />Laurel Street in the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City is willing to grant <br /> <br />the required approvals to effectuate the development of the <br /> <br />proposed project subject to certain conditions; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City and Price Company desire to enter into an <br /> <br />agreement to provide for the obligations of each party; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City and Price Company entitled "Agreement" (form dated 9/7/82), <br /> <br />a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein <br /> <br />by reference, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby <br /> <br />authorized and directed to execute said agreement for and on <br /> <br />behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />9221 <br />
