<br />, . <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N o. 92.2 0 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />SEP 1 3 1982 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING CERTAIN DESCRIBED CITY-OWNED <br />PROPERTY SURPLUS; AND AUTHORIZING SALE THEREOF <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City is the owner of certain <br /> <br />property hereinafter described; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has received evidence that the here- <br /> <br />inafter described property is not needed for present or prospective <br /> <br />municipal or public purposes; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Assessor has appraised said property and <br /> <br />determined that the current reasonable market value for each item <br /> <br />to be declared surplus is less than Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00); <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of this Council to <br /> <br />declare said property surplus and authorize its sale in accordance <br /> <br />with Section 3-1/2 of the Charter of the City of Redwood City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />I. This Council hereby finds, determines and declares <br /> <br />that items on Exhibit A attached hereto are surplus; that they are <br /> <br />no longer necessary or required for municipal or public purposes; <br /> <br />and that each has an appraised value of less than Five Thousand <br /> <br />Dollars ($5,000.00). <br /> <br />2.
