The motion passed by a majority roll call vote with Council <br />Member Hartnett and Mayor Pierce voting no. <br />Council Member Hartnett stated be would vote no on the motion because <br />M/S Foust/Ira to add to the administrative process: 1) Send public notices of <br />upcoming "Plan Compliance Determinations" to property owners and tenants <br />within 300 feet of a project site; and 2) Post a public notice on the actual site of <br />the project.
