<br />EXHIBIT A <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />The Redevelopment Agency is engaging the services of DMJM Harris. Under <br />the direction of City staff, Hans Korve and DMJM Harris staff will: <br /> <br />1. Assist the City in coordinating with SamTrans and their designated <br />consultant in ensuring that the "Caltrain Corridor Footprint Study" for the <br />Redwood City Caltrain Station addresses issues pertinent to the City, <br />including options to "grade separate" Caltrain tracks through the <br />downtown area. <br />2. Assist the City in reviewing material(s) submitted by Caltrain and their <br />consultant relative to the elevated/depressed track options. <br />3. General consultation on other matters related to rail issues (including High <br />Speed Rail), operational constraints, engineering constraints, funding <br />mechanisms, intergovernmental relations and integration between rail and <br />other transportation modes. <br />4. Attend meetings and make presentations, on issues relevant to the <br />ongoing "Caltrain Corridor Footprint Study." <br /> <br />The Principal in Charge and primary point of contact will be Hans Korve. Mr. <br />Korve will attend meetings and make presentations. Under the direction of Mr. <br />Korve, DMJM Harris staff will assist in the completion of the aforementioned <br />tasks. <br /> <br />Mr. Korve's billing rate is $300.00 per hour. <br />
