EXHIBIT "A" <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE SCHEDULE <br /> PROJECT DESCRIPTION: <br /> Construction support services for Redwood Shores Boat Ramp Project <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES: <br /> 1. Consultant shall attend pre-bid and pre-construction meetings <br /> 2. Consultant shall review contractor RFI's, change order requests, and shop <br /> drawings <br /> 3. Consultant shall perform site visits to observe construction progress <br /> 4. Consultant shall provide as-built CAD drawings with Contractor's redlines <br /> Consultant shall pertorm all services as required by the project's progress or within <br /> 24 hours of receiving direction from the City. Consultant shall deliver CAD drawings <br /> (Task 4) within 30 days of receiving the redline drawings from the Contractor. <br /> FEE SCHEDULE: <br /> Consultant shall provide services outlined above for a not-to-exceed fee of <br /> $9,810.00 and in accordance with the hourly rate schedule below.
