0 R I G I N A L 6/2/97 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13098 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING PURCHASE OF PHOTO IMAGING <br /> SYSTEM FOR THE POLICE DEPARTMENT AND AUTHORIZING <br /> EXECUTION OF PURCHASE DOCUMENTS IN CONNECTION <br /> THEREWITH <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 2.76 of the Redwood City Code, this <br />Council has suspended the requirements of Article VII of Chapter 2 of the Code <br />of the City of Redwood City relating to competitive bidding for the hereinafter <br />described purchase; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Police Department requires the purchase of a photo <br />imaging system; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to approve the purchase of said photo <br />imaging system in an amount not to exceed Twenty Thousand Forty-five and <br /> <br />74/100 Dollars ($20,045.74); <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1.
