That certain agreement entitled "Amended Agreement - Professional <br />Construction Management and General Contractor Services - Fire Station and <br />Maintenance Facility" (form dated 5/16/97), by and between the City of Redwood <br />City, a municipal corporation of the State of California and Rudolph & Sletten, <br />Inc., for the performance of the above-mentioned services, a copy of which <br />agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is <br />hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved and the City <br />Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute and to <br />attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the City of <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br /> Reso-193 2 <br /> G:/shared/Redwood/Council <br /> 04/30/97 <br /> 05/16/97R <br /> FXS:djk <br /> <br /> <br />
