Station No. 20 and Maintenance Facility, are hereby accepted, and said bidders <br />are hereby found and declared to be the lowest responsible bidders ("Lowest <br />Responsible Bidders") for said work. <br /> <br /> 2. The Lowest Responsible Bidders are hereby authorized and directed to <br />enter into a subcontract agreement with Rudolph & Sletten, Inc., the Contract <br />Manager/General Contractor, copy of which agreement is on file in the Office of <br />the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars <br />thereof, and are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 3. Any and all informalities in the aforementioned bids of the Lowest <br />Responsible Bidders are hereby waived. <br /> <br /> 4.
