r.GM:djg-c 8/19/82 and also a good and sufficient security in a form to be approved by the City Attorney securing the payment by said owner or sub- divider of all bills for labor and materials incurred in the construction of any and all said improvement, and the doing of all other work therein agreed to be done by the said owner or subdivider, the amount of said Sixty Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($60,000.00). 3. That, before the release of said final map by City for recordation, the owner or subdivider shall furnish to the City and file with the City Clerk certificates or policies of public liability and property damage insurance as required by the abovementioned agreement entitled "Agreement for Parcel Map No. 82-5 Subdivision," on file in the office of the City Clerk. and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That those certain plans entitled "Site Improvements - 2610 and 2620 El Camino Real," and those certain specifications entitled "Standard Specifications - City of Redwood City - dated August, 1974," which plans and specifications are now on file in the office of the Director of Public Works, are hereby approved and adopted as the plans and specifications according to which the abovementioned improvements shall be done. and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That certain proposed agreement between the City of Redwood City and said owner or subdivider, entitled "Agreement for Parcel Map No. 82-5 Subdivision," a copy of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk and to which reference is hereby made, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement on behalf of the City of Redwood City. * * * 2
