<br />CGM:djg-c 8/17/82 <br />CGM:djg-c 8/24/82R <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />AUG 2 3 1982 <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />9197 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />MARINE WORLD PARKWAY OVERLAY AND SPOT RECONSTRUCTION <br />1982-83; AND AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS <br />THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />plans and specifications for the Marine World Parkway Overlay <br /> <br />and Spot Reconstruction 1982-83 in the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> <br />thereof and authorize the City Clerk to call for bids for such <br /> <br />improvement project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain plans entitled "Marine World Parkway <br /> <br />Overlay and Spot Reconstruction - 1982-83," and those certain <br /> <br />specifications entitled "Marine World Parkway Overlay and Spot <br /> <br />Reconstruction - 1982-83," prepared in the office of the <br /> <br />Director of Public Works and on file' in the office of the City <br /> <br />Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2.
