r.GM:djg-c 8/19/82 RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. 9193 01?IGINAL' AUG :G 3 1982 RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE DESIGN, CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE OF LANDSCAPING OF MEDIAN STRIPS FOR MISCELLANEOUS PUBLIC STREETS IN REDWOOD CITY WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City, Redwood City General Improvement District No. 1-64, Redwood Shores, Inc., and The Shores Business Center Association desire to provide for the design, construction, and permanent maintenance of landscaping within the landscape median strips for miscellaneous public streets (portions of Twin Dolphin Drive, Lagoon Drive, Cormornat Drive and Redwood Shores Parkway) in the Redwood Shores area of Redwood City; and WHEREAS, an agreement has been presented to this Council for its approval; NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, ACTING FOR AND ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND REDWOOD CITY GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1-64, AS FOLLOWS: That certain agreement entitled "Median Landscaping Agree- ment" between the City of Redwood City, Redwood City General Improvement District No. 1-64, Redwood Shores. Inc. and The Shores Business Center for the landscaping of median strips on the abovedescribed streets, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full particualrs thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute the same for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City and the Redwood City General Improvement District No. 1-64. * * * ~193
