0 R I G I N A L 5/19/97 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13090 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> REDWOOD CITY DETERMINING THAT A PROJECT AREA <br /> COMMITTEE SHALL NOT BE FORMED IN CONNECTION <br /> WITH THE PROPOSED FOURTH AMENDMENT TO THE <br /> REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT <br /> NO. 2 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council Resolution No. 13066 adopted the <br />"Amended 1997 Redevelopment Survey Area" ("Survey Area") and requested <br />that the Planning Commission conduct feasibility studies, select boundaries <br />from within the Survey Area, and formulate a Preliminary Plan that would <br />provide for expansion of the Project Area of Redevelopment Project No. 2 as <br />adopted by Ordinance No. 1862 and as altered by Ordinance No. 1911 and <br />Ordinance No. 2007; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, by Resolution No. PC-97-1, the Planning Commission of <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City on May 6 , 1997, amended the Preliminary <br /> <br />Plan for Redevelopment Project No. 2 by selecting and designating the <br />boundaries of the area proposed to be added to the Redevelopment Project <br />Area as the "Fourth Amendment Sub-Area," approved and adopted the <br />"Preliminary Plan for the Redevelopment of the of the Area Added to <br />Redevelopment Project No. 2 (Fourth Amendment Sub-Area)" and directed <br />that the approved Preliminary Plan be submitted to the Agency; and <br /> WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 9-7-O (0 the Redevelopment Agency of <br />the City of Redwood City on [vko~ k~ , 1997, received the Preliminary <br />Plan for the Fourth Amendment Sub-Area and directed that the proposed <br />Fourth Amendment to the Redevelopment Plan for Redevelopment Project <br />No. 2 be prepared; and <br /> <br /> AK/DES:5/1/97 <br /> CC No-Pac Reso v.4 <br /> <br /> <br />
