The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />enter into and execute on behalf of the City of Redwood City <br /> <br />that certain lease agreement entitled "Lease Of City Owned <br /> <br />Land" by and between the City of Redwood City and Kainos Home <br /> <br />and Training Center For the Developmentally Disabled, for the <br /> <br />lease of said premises in accordance with the abovementioned <br /> <br />bid documents and lease agreement, a copy of which agreement <br /> <br />is presently on file in the office of the City Clerk to which <br /> <br />reference is hereby made for full particulars concerning the <br /> <br />terms and conditions thereof. <br /> <br />3.
