EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br /> PROPOSED <br /> ANNEXATION OF THE LANDS <br /> OF POLATI TO THE <br /> EMERALD LAKE HEIGHTS <br /> SEWER MAINTENANCE DISTRICT <br /> (VIC WEST CALIFORNIA WAY) <br /> <br />Being a portion of Lot 25 and Lot 26, Block 205 as said Lot and Block are shown on that certain <br />map entitled "Estates of Emerald Lake, Subdivision Two, filed August 1, 1927, in Book 16 of <br />Maps, Records of San Mateo County, California at Pages 18 thru 21 and more particularly <br />described as follows: <br />Beginning at the intersection of the westerly line of said Lot 25 with the northerly line of West <br />California Way as shown on said map; Thence from said Point of Beginning along the westerly <br />line of said Lot 25, North 0° 20' 10" West 244.74 feet to the northwesterly comer of said Lot; <br />said point also being a point in the Emerald Lake Heights Sewer Maintenance District as <br />established by Resolution No. 46942 passed and adopted on June 4, 1985; Thence along said <br />district boundaries and the northerly line of said Lot 25, 28.53 feet to the northeasterly comer of <br />the parcel of land described in the deed recorded in San Mateo County Recorder's Office file No. <br />96143739; Thence leaving said district boundaries, South 21° 13' 56" East 101.00 feet and South <br />32° 05' 34" East 86.15 feet along the general easterly line of said parcel, to a point in the <br />southerly line of said LOt 26, said point also lying in the northerly line of said West California <br />Way; Thence southwesterly along last said line, on an arc curve to the left, tangent to a line <br />bearing South 53° 13' West, said curve having a radius of 588.78 feet, a central angle of 2° 48' <br />00", an arc distance of 28.77 feet; Thence continuing along last said line South 50° 37' 30" West <br />110.00 feet to the Point of Beginning. <br /> <br /> f:\users\admn\drafting\polati.anx <br /> <br /> <br />
