<br />Paragraph 1 hereof, are hereby rejected. <br /> <br />3. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br /> <br />enter into and execute on behalf of the City of Redwood City that <br /> <br />certain agreement entitled "Agreement," by and between the City of <br /> <br /> <br />Redwood City and Pacific Coast Builders for the performance of said <br /> <br /> <br />work in accordance with the abovementioned plans and specifications, <br /> <br />a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk <br /> <br />to which reference is hereby made for full particulars concerning <br /> <br />the terms and conditions thereof. <br /> <br />4. Any informality in the aforementioned bid of Pacific <br /> <br /> <br />Coast Builders is hereby waived. <br /> <br /> <br />5. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br /> <br />return to all unsuccessful bidders, and to the successful bidder <br /> <br /> <br />upon execution by it of a contract for the performance of said <br /> <br /> <br />work, all security guaranteeing execution of the contract upon <br /> <br />award. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />2 <br />
