0 R I G I N A L /19/97 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13085 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR THE SANDPIPER <br /> LAGOON ROCK SLOPE PROTECTION PROJECT; <br /> AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR SAID <br /> WORK; AND DIRECTING RETURN OF SECURITY DEPOSITS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 13032, adopted March 24, 1997, <br />the City Clerk advertised for bids for the Sandpiper Lagoon Rock Slope <br />Protection Project, Redwood City, California; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to said advertisement, eight bids were received for <br />the performance of said work and filed with the City Clerk; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Aquatic Habitat Management Corporation of Martinez, <br />California is the lowest responsible bidder, and it is the intention and desire of <br /> <br />this Council to award said bid to Aquatic Habitat Management Corporation; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. The bid of Aquatic Habitat Management Corporation in the amount of <br /> Eighty-nine Thousand Three Hundred Forty-five and 26/100 Dollars <br /> ($89,345.26), computed in accordance with bidder's proposal dated April 30, <br /> 1997 for the Sandpiper Lagoon Rock Slope Protection Project, is hereby <br /> accepted and said bidder is hereby found and declared to be the lowest <br /> responsible bidder for said work. <br /> <br /> Reso-194 1 <br /> DES:djk <br /> 05/01/97 <br /> F:Shared/Redwood/Council <br /> <br /> <br />
