She built the present library from a small collection of materiais <br /> piled on a table at the League's old office lacafed a# 1108 O Street. <br /> As the years passed, the League library expanded tenfold,becoming an invaluable municipal <br /> resource to city o�cials all over California. Approximately$2.5 million of funding is available in this round. <br /> The program assists cities and counties in developing and implementing sustainable <br /> development growth policies, programs and projects.
