All bids shall be governed by the provisions of the Notice to <br /> Bidders, Instructians to Bidders, and th.e provisions of the Lease Agreement. Bids shall <br /> be made upon the bid form {Proposal) fuinished by the City. If the bidder is an <br /> individual, the bid form shatl be signed by the individual bidder; if a partnership, the bid <br /> form shall be signed by a partner authorized to execute bids; if a corporation or <br /> association, the bid form shall be signed by the president and secretary of the carporation <br /> or association or by an agent authorized to execttte bids of that type for and on behaIf of <br /> the carporation or association. Evidence of such authority shall accompany the bid. <br /> 2. Transmittal. The executed proposal form, sealed in an envel.ope marked <br /> "Bid — Communications Site", shall be delivered to the City of Redwood Ciry, office of <br /> the City Clerk, City Hall, 1417 Middle�Zeld Road, Redwood City, Califarnia, prior to the <br /> tzme set for the opening of bids as stated in d�e Notice ta Bidders. <br /> 3. Onenin� of Bids. The bids wi11 be opened publicly in the of�ce of the <br /> City Clerk on the date and at,or shortly after,the time set forth in the Notice to Bidders_ <br /> 4. Award of Bid.
