Redwood City for the term specified therein at the <br /> follawing rental: <br /> Term of the Lease is Five (5) years; Rent of $ per Lease Year (First <br /> through Fourth Lease Years); $ ($480 increase; Fifth Lease Year). Rent is <br /> payable in yearly instaliment, in advance, at the beginning of each Lease Year.
