Subcontractor Obli atg �ions <br /> 5.0 The Subcontractor shall provide Food Stamp Outreach services determined.by ihe <br /> approved Scope of Work and Budget Justification. <br /> 5.01 The Subcontractor shal] certify that no funds being used to match for the Food Stamp <br /> Outreach I'rogram are federat funds or are being used as a match for any other federal <br /> funds and that the reimbursed funds do not duplicate reimburse�nent of costs and services <br /> received fi•om other sources. <br /> 5.02 Subcontractor shall provide assurance that Federal and State share FSNE fu.►ading is not <br /> used to supplant existing food stamp outreach funds or activities. <br /> 5.03 The Subcontraetor shall furnisli project management,contract administration and fiscal <br /> control services, includi»g but not liinited to: <br /> (1) Preparation aud submission of a Scope of Work and Budget Justification forms in <br /> accordan.ce witli the specifications provided by the California Association of Pood <br /> Banks; <br /> (2) Return of this Agreement,with the required signatures,within 30 days of its receipt; <br /> (3} Preparation and subtnission of quarterly time study logs and quarterl.y local shar-e <br /> documentation report and invoice; <br /> (4) Participation in trainings and meetings as requesfed by tl�e Associatron. <br /> V1I.
