W ithin ten (i 0) days of the execution of this Agreement, City shait designate in writing a singie individua�to act as City's project manager (the "City Projeet Manager'�. The City Project Manager shall be knowledgeable regarding#he Scope of Work and City's existing technology, including its aperating systems, software and hardware and shali have sufficient technological experience so that the City Project Manager can serve as a resource and guide to Vendor in the implementation and use of the System. The City Project Manager shall ensure City's compliance with� and shall coordinate appropriate schedules in connection w�th, Cit�r's obligations hereunder. Cit�r shal( use its best efforts to maintain the same City Project Manager for the duration af this Agreement. However, City may change the individual designated hereunder by providing Vendor with fifteen (15) days advance written notice designating the new individua#a�thorized to act as the City Project Manager. Notwiths#anding the foregoing, City has the right ta appoin#a temporary City Project Manager in connection with short-term unavailabifity, sick feave, o� reasonab{e vacations provided that it notifies Vendor in writing of any such temporary appointments. 7.3.Project Manager Communication. The Vendor Project Manager and the City Project Manager shaf! be accessible by telephone or by eiectronic pager throughout the duration of this Agreement. Prior to cu#over of the System, bo#h the Vendor Project Manager and the Ci#y Project Manager shalt be available eight {8) hours per day between 8:00 a.m. and 5 p.m. PDT, Monday— Friday (five (5) days per week}, excluding holidays and weekends. Fram time to time, it may be necessary to adjust those hours tv support specific project goals and objectives. Such adjustments shall be made as agreed to by both parties. 7.4.Project Manager Repfacement. If Ci#y should desire that Vendor replace its Project Manager or any other personnel assigned to ass+st the praject, such request shall be made in writing, include City's basis for#he request, and delivered in wri#ing to the City Project Manager. Vendor's compliance with such requests shail not be unreasonably withheid. 8. News Releases 8.1.News releases and all other related information pertaining to this Agreement shall not be made available to anyane by Vendor without the prior written approval of City. 19
