Recommendation: <br />By motion, authorize the purchase of computer aided dispatch software with <br />records management and mobile date terminal field report writing capabilities from <br />Sun Ridge Systems Incorporated, at the cost of $633,062, under the Cooperative <br />Purchase Agreement of the City of Foster City, Purchase Order #161139. <br />8.
