<br />certain agreement entitled "Agreement," by and between the City <br /> <br /> <br />of Redwood city and Associated Roofing & Insulation, for the <br /> <br /> <br />performance of said work in accordance with the abovementioned <br /> <br /> <br />plans and specifications, a copy of which agreement is on file <br /> <br /> <br />in the office of the City Clerk to which reference is hereby <br /> <br /> <br />made for full particulars concerning the terms and conditions <br /> <br /> <br />thereof. <br /> <br /> <br />4. Any informality in the aforementioned bid of Associated <br />Roofing & Insulation is hereby waived. <br />5.
