The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br /> <br />enter into and execute on behalf of the City of Redwood City <br /> <br />that certain agreement entitled "Agreement" by and between the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City and C.F. Archibald Paving, Inc., a copy of <br /> <br />which agreement is presently on file in the office of the City <br /> <br /> <br />Clerk, to which reference is hereby made for full particulars <br /> <br />concerning the terms and conditions thereof. <br /> <br /> <br />4. Any informality in the aforementioned bid of C.F. <br /> <br /> <br />Archibald Paving Inc. is hereby waived. <br /> <br />5.
