<br />enter into and execute on behalf of the City of Redwood City <br />that certain agreement entitled "Agreement" by and between <br />the City of Redwood City and Coast Electric Company, for the <br />performance of said work in accordance with the abovementioned <br /> <br /> <br />bid documents, a copy of which agreement is presently on file <br /> <br /> <br />in the office of the City Clerk to which reference is hereby <br /> <br /> <br />made for full particulars concerning the terms and conditions <br /> <br /> <br />thereof. <br />4. Any informality in the aforementioned bid of Coast <br /> <br /> <br />Electric Company is hereby waived. <br /> <br />5.
