0 R I G I N A L 5/19/97 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13082 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING SECTION 1 AND EXHIBIT B OF <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12689 ESTABLISHING AND ADOPTING <br /> SALARY AND RELATED COMPENSATION PLANS FOR <br /> POSITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT WITH THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY INCLUDED IN THE EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT GROUP, <br /> BY ADDING THE POSITION OF, AND SALARY FOR, <br /> COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT SERVICES MANAGER <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Section 1 of Resolution No. 12689 entitled, "Resolution <br /> <br />Establishing and Adopting Salary and Related Compensation Plans for <br /> <br />Positions of Employment with the City of Redwood City Included in the Executive <br /> <br />Management Group, and Rescinding Resolution No. 12133", adopted February, <br /> <br />5, 1996, is hereby amended by adding to the list of employee positions therein <br /> <br />contained the position of Community Development Services Manager. <br /> <br /> 2. Exhibit B to the aforesaid Resolution No. 12689 is hereby amended <br /> <br /> by adding thereto the salary schedule for the position of Community <br /> <br /> Development Services Manager as set forth in Exhibit "B-I", attached hereto, <br /> <br /> and by this reference incorporated herein. <br /> <br /> 3.
