<br />SWC:djg-c 5/20/82 <br /> <br />ORJGINAL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9130 <br /> <br />MAY 2 4 1982 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING SUBMITTAL DATE FOR PROPOSED <br />BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 1982-83, SETTING TIME AND <br />PLACE FOR HEARING THEREON, AND ESTABLISHING DATE OF <br />ADOPTION OF' THE FINAL BUDGET FOR SAID FISCAL YEAR <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 51 of the Charter <br /> <br />of the City of Redwood City, June 14, 1982, is hereby established <br /> <br />as the date upon which the proposed budget for 1982-83 fiscal <br /> <br />year shall be submitted to this Council by the City Manager. <br /> <br />2. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 51.5 of the <br /> <br />Charter of the City of Redwood City, July 12, 1982, at 7:30 <br /> <br />o'clock P.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, <br /> <br />at the Board of Supervisors Chambers, Hall of Justice and Records, <br /> <br />Redwood city, California, is hereby set as the time and place for <br /> <br />public hearing on the budget for fiscal year 1982-83; said date <br /> <br />is hereby established as the date of introduction for the ordin- <br /> <br />ance adopting said budget; and July 19, 1982, is hereby established <br /> <br />as the date of final adoption of said ordinance. <br /> <br />3. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />cause notice to be published of the availability for inspection <br /> <br />of copies of the proposed budget, and stating the time and place <br /> <br />at which the Council will hold a public hearing thereon in <br /> <br />accordance with Section 51.5 of the Charter of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />9130 <br />
