't f:~ <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires a Corrosion <br /> <br />Control Study for the Redwood City Municipal Water System; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood city desires to engage CH2M <br /> <br /> <br />Hill, San Francisco, California, to perform such study <br /> <br />including, but not limited to, investigation and evaluation of <br /> <br />the Redwood City Municipal Water System from a Corrosion Control <br /> <br />perspective; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, CH2M Hill has represented to the City that it is <br /> <br />experienced and qualified to perform all of the abovementioned <br /> <br />services as further described in the proposed agreement therefor; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City, and CH2M Hill entitled "Agreement - Corrosion Control <br /> <br /> <br />Study" (form dated 5/19/82), a copy of which is attached hereto <br /> <br />and incorporated herein by reference, is hereby approved, and <br /> <br />the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute <br /> <br />said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />()",,, <br />;f <br /> <br />9124 <br />
