<br />CGM:mf 5/13/82 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. <br /> <br />ORIGl NAl <br /> <br />MAY 1 7 1982 <br /> <br />FOR CONSTRUCTION <br />BUILDING; AND <br />BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />9117 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING BID DOCUMENTS <br />OF ROOFING AT COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES <br />AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />bid documents for the construction of roofing at Community <br /> <br />Activities Building; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof <br /> <br />and to authorize the City Clerk to call for bids for the construction <br /> <br />of this public work; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain bid documents prepared in the office of <br /> <br />the Director of General Services and on file in the office of the <br /> <br />City Clerk, entitled "Special provisions for the Construction <br /> <br />of Roofing at the Community Activities Building in the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City" are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2.
