<br />9116 <br /> <br />CGM:mf 5/13/82 <br />ORIGINAL <br />MAY 1 7 1982 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING BID DOCUMENTS FOR CONSTRUCTION <br />OF ROOFING AT COMMUNITY PARK RECREATION BUILDING; <br />AND AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />bid documents for the construction of roofing at Community Park <br /> <br />Recreation Building; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof <br /> <br />and to authorize the City Clerk to call for bids for the construction <br /> <br />of this public work; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain bid documents prepared in the office <br /> <br />of the Director of General Services and on file in the office <br /> <br />of the City Clerk, entitled "Special provisions for the Construction <br /> <br />of Roofing at Community Park Recreation Building in the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City" are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to call <br /> <br />for bids for the construciton of roofing at Community Park <br /> <br />Recreation Building as called for in the aforementioned bid <br /> <br />documents. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />9116 <br />
